We are seeking an experienced BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) Specialist with 10-12 years of expertise in bar bending schedules, reconciliation, and bill of materials management for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and validate detailed Bar Bending Schedules for construction projects ensuring accuracy in steel reinforcement calculations and bending details
• Conduct thorough reconciliation of steel consumption against approved BBS and actual site usage, identifying variances and cost‑saving opportunities
• Develop and manage comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) for steel reinforcement, tracking procurement and inventory levels
• Leverage advanced Excel, AI tools, and Power BI to analyze project data, create dashboards, and provide real‑time insights to stakeholders
• Maintain BBS certification and ensure all documentation meets regulatory compliance and industry standards
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to optimize material planning and project execution

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 10 to 12 years of experience in BBS preparation, reconciliation, and construction material management
