Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage reinforcement activities for high-rise construction projects.
• Review structural drawings and prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for slabs, beams, columns, walls, and foundations.
• Oversee cutting, bending, and placement of reinforcement at site per drawings and BBS.
• Monitor steel consumption and minimize wastage across project sites.
• Coordinate reinforcement activities with formwork and concreting operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and pass inspections before concreting.
• Maintain records of BBS, steel reconciliation, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with Tower Incharges, Civil Engineers, and Formwork Teams for proper sequencing.
