Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled BAW QA Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for validating Business Automation Workflow (BAW) applications through comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring high-quality delivery across all phases of the software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional testing (manual and automation) for BAW applications.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Conduct end-to-end (E2E) regression testing to ensure system stability.
• Execute testing across all phases including SIT, UAT, and Regression cycles.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, reports, and traceability matrices.
• Support automation initiatives using relevant QA tools and frameworks.
• Ensure timely reporting of testing status, risks, and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands‑on experience in BAW (Business Automation Workflow) or similar BPM tools.
