Job Description

1. Objective

• To hire a Global CSR Intern for a period of 12 months to strengthen the team’s capacity in data management, reporting, benchmarking, communications, and global event coordination. The intern will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, fresh ideas, and enhanced visibility of global CSR initiatives at both internal and external levels.

2. Scope of Work

• The intern will support the Global CSR team in the following areas
• Maintain CSR data dashboards, trackers, and records.
• Assist in preparingmonthly and quarterly reportsfor leadership disclosures.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of data.
• Conduct market research on CSR and ESG best practices globally.
• Benchmark company initiatives against peers to identify improvement areas, especially to enhance employee volunteering at Bata Group.
• Present insights and propose innovative CSR project ideas.

C. Communications Support

• Draft content forinternal newsletters, social media, and CSR reports.
• Coordinate with Communications to highlight impact stories and project updates.
• Support in preparing presentations for key stakeholders.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and logistics ofCSR conferences, events, and webinars.
• Document and prepare post-event reports.

3. Ideal Candidate Profile
