Job summary

Concerto Software & Systems (P) Ltd in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Application Support professional with strong Base24 classic expertise and card payments domain knowledge. The role involves managing production issues, 24x7 switch monitoring, and RCA-based problem resolution.

You will work independently and as part of a team, contribute to issue recreation in test networks, and mentor teammates while ensuring reliable base24 operations and prompt incident response.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 4+ years of working experience in Base24 classic.
• Possess strong domain/product knowledge of Base24 and card payments industry
• Technically competent in HP Non Stop platform.
• Knowledge on at least one replication tool used on Tandem
• Self-motivated and ability to work efficiently by himself/herself as well as in team.
• 24X7 switch monitoring including EMS, Prognosis, process/object/file, cutover, refresh/extract, batchcom, backup, hardware and GGS monitoring.
• Production issue analysis and preparing RCA
• Support in issue recreation in test networks
• Mentoring and supporting team members
