Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a Senior Developer with 6 to 12 years of experience in ACI Tandem Base24 Classic and EPS, including COBOL, TAL and TACL. The role involves hands-on design and development for Merchant Acquiring Authorization projects and experience with card schemes like MasterCard, Visa and AmEx.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as you will engage across teams to support transaction processing, settlements, and switch processing in a demanding payments

Qualifications

• Experience with ACI Tandem Base 24 Classic and EPS environments.
• Hands-on design and development for Merchant Acquiring Authorization projects.
• Familiar with transaction processing, settlements and switch processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Base24 based authorization solutions for acquiring transactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement end-to-end authorization flows.
• Participate in integration with card schemes (MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, Diners, CUP).
• Support migration and implementation efforts for acquiring authorization projects.
• Ensure compliance with settlement and processing requirements in the merchant acquiring landscape.
• Coordinate with teams across NCR and related platforms for smooth operations.

• Base24 Senior Developer - Exp- 6 to 12 Years/
• Experience working with ACI Tandem Base 24 Classic and EPS, TAL, TACL, Screen COBOL programming language.
• Hands on experience in design and development for Merchant Acquiring Authorization projects ACI Tandem Base 24 Classic and EPS, NCR
• Implementation knowledge on Acquiring Authorization projects.
• Good knowledge of Merchant Acquiring landscape – Transaction processing and Settlements
• Good knowledge of Switch Processing
• Good communication and Stakeholder Management skills.
• Experience working with MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Diners, and CUP schemes for authorization processing.
