• Responsible for preparing and serving beverages in the assigned area according to standard recipes and with excellent quality.
• Complete daily beverage inventory journal, maintain bar opening/closing stock, and initiate requisitions to the Team Leader per par stock.
• Check guest satisfaction and attend to guests' requests or inquiries regarding beverages and services.
• Set up bar equipment and mise-en-place in accordance with bar policy.
• Report any matters affecting hotel interests to management.

Job Description
