Job summary

Novotel New Delhi City Centre is seeking a skilled bartender to join our beverage team in Delhi. The role focuses on thoughtful guest service, accurate mixology, and maintaining stock levels across beverage offerings.

You will work with the F&B team to ensure high standards of service in a fast-paced hotel environment, delivering menu knowledge and hospitality that aligns with our brand.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Excellent knowledge of all beverage products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Fluent in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere service.
• To assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• To mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines.
• To have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• To have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• To follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• To follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned
