• Keep workstations, dining areas, equipment, and restrooms clean and sanitized.
• Monitor supplies, restock ingredients and condiments, and assist with stock rotation.
• Work effectively with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Job Description:

A Barista provides excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing and serving food/drinks (like coffee), handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment, requiring skills in customer service, multitasking, and teamwork, while adhering to food safety standards and working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with menu choices, take orders accurately, and resolve complaints.
• Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee, teas, specialty drinks, and food items according to recipes.
• Order & Payment Processing: Operate POS systems, handle cash/card payments, and provide receipts.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep workstations, dining areas, equipment (espresso machines), and restrooms clean and sanitized.
• Inventory & Restocking: Monitor supplies, restock ingredients and condiments, and assist with stock rotation.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
