Adecco India in Bengaluru is seeking a meticulous attorney or paralegal with strong bankruptcy experience for an on-site night-shift role. You will review bankruptcy filings, claims, and related documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory and investor requirements while updating cases in tracking systems.

The position offers a 5-7 LPA CTC and requires working night shifts from office in Bangalore. Immediate joining is preferred and candidates should be ready for quick onboarding.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the Bankruptcy process and related documents.
• Strong understanding of Proof of Claim (410A), Motion for Relief, Agreed Order, NOFC and Discharge Audit processes.
• Experience reviewing Bankruptcy documents required for filing MFR.
• Good understanding of Mortgage and Bankruptcy-related documentation.
• Ability to review borrower details for applicable state-regulated protections.
• Ensure cases are processed in accordance with regulatory, investor/insurer and Trust Policy requirements and timelines.
• Accurate updating and documentation of cases in relevant tracking systems.
