Job summary

Adecco India in Bangalore is seeking professionals with deep knowledge of US mortgage and foreclosure processes for night shift handling complex foreclosure cases. The role requires working from office and navigating regulatory timelines to ensure timely case progression.

Ideal candidates understand foreclosure documents such as complaints, notices of sale, deeds of trust, title documents, lis pendens, and judgments, and can file complaints with proper service of process. CTC ranges from 5-7 LPA.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US Mortgage and Foreclosure processes, preferably Judicial Foreclosure.
• Understanding of Mortgage/Foreclosure documents including Complaint, Notice of Sale, Deed of Trust, Assignment, Title documents, Lis Pendens and Judgment.
• Knowledge of filing complaints and issuing summons for service of process.
• Understanding of FHA/VA loan requirements and guidelines.

• Understanding of Mortgage/Foreclosure documents including Complaint, Notice of Sale, Deed of Trust, Assignment, Title documents, Lis Pendens and Judgment.
• Knowledge of filing complaints and issuing summons for service of process.
• Understanding of FHA/VA loan requirements and guidelines.
• Experience reviewing Title documents for potential title issues.
• Ensure cases are handled within applicable regulatory, investor/insurer and Trust Policy requirements and timelines.
• Accurate maintenance and documentation in tracking systems.
