Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day banking and finance operations through a non-voice process.
• Process and verify banking/financial transactions and customer information.
• Perform data entry, documentation and record maintenance with high accuracy.
• Review financial documents and validate information according to process guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain process quality, confidentiality and accuracy while handling financial data.
• Follow SOPs and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams through written communication channels.
