Responsibilities

• Backfill for CL12.
• Support the Corporate banking Wholesale banking team in delivering service for trade finance clients while managing associated risk.
• Conduct detailed research on the financial history of businesses to determine creditworthiness.
• Assess risk parameters of loan, borrower and industry including financial performance and repayment capacity; recommend actions.
• Collaborate within the team under predefined guidelines and receive routine instruction; impact on own work only.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.

What would you do?

• Backfill for CL12
• The Corporate banking Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business
• Conduct detailed research on the financial history of businesses to determine their creditworthiness.
• Assess the risk parameters of the loan, borrower, and industry including the Financial performance of the borrower and guarantor, assessing the repayment capacity and recommending the future course of action in approving declining counter offer of business loans. What are we looking for?
