Kotak Life Insurance in Jaipur invites applications for a Sales Manager in our Banca Channel. The role focuses on formulating and implementing sales plans, leading and motivating partners, and achieving business targets.

You will help partners generate leads, close sales, and train them for ongoing productivity; oversee partner performance and collect feedback to improve the selling process and products, while being on Kotak Life payroll.

Responsabilités

• Formulate and implement sales plan for the partner to achieve business targets of the sales unit.
• Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed sales targets for the partners.
• Help partners to generate and track leads, close sales.
• Help partners to upsell and cross sell to customers based on need analysis.
• Assist the partner with ongoing training to ensure a productive channel at all times.
• Take regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction with selling process and products.
• Review the partner's sales plan and support their growth.
• The employee will be on the payroll of Kotak Life.
• Bank tie up with AU Bank.
