Wego Consultants is seeking a sales professional to drive life and health insurance products through banking channels. The role involves generating leads from banks, cross-selling financial products, and handling end-to-end sales processes with bank customers.

The candidate should have at least 1 year in insurance sales, with exposure to BFSI, and a graduation degree. Prior experience across insurance, banking, pharma, retail, or telecom sales is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads will be generated from the assigned bank.

• Will be in payrolls of the Insurance company.
• Make appointments, explore customers' financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, select products to meet needs, gain agreement to purchase, complete sales documentation.
• Explore opportunities to develop new markets/segments in line with company sales strategy.
• Support other Relationship Managers and bank sales team, coaching them in company knowledge, products and selling skills.

Leads will be generated from the assigned bank (Different Channels Available in different Life insurance and HI companies)

Cross selling of various financial products to the Bank customers.

Customer business development .

Relationship Management .

Will be in payrolls of the Insurance company .

Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the companies product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation

Candidates with experience in Life/Health/GI Insurance preferred

Customers acquisition through resource utilization of banks database, foot falls, generated prospects.

Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document.

Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.

Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team where requested by the sales manager by coaching them in company knowledge, products, services & selling skills, accompanying them on client visits & modeling relevant behavior.

Required Candidate profile
