Job summary

Wego Consultants is seeking a sales professional to drive life and health insurance products through bank channels. The role focuses on cross-selling, customer acquisition and managing relationships with bank customers.

You will identify financial needs, recommend suitable products, arrange medicals when needed, and ensure timely policy issuance. Graduation is required and 1 year of sales experience in insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in any insurance channels.
• Insurance BFSI experience mandatory.
• Graduation is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and cross-sell life/health/ GI insurance products to bank customers.
• Make appointments and explore customers' financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas.
• Complete sales documentation and facilitate policy issuance.
• Support other Relationship Managers and bank sales teams with product knowledge and selling skills.
• Develop new markets/segments in line with company sales strategy.

Leads will be generated from the assigned bank (Different Channels Available in different Life insurance and HI companies)

Cross selling of various financial products to the Bank customers.

Customer business development .

Relationship Management .

Will be in payrolls of the Insurance company .

Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the companies product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation

Candidates with experience in Life/Health/GI Insurance preferred

Customers acquisition through resource utilization of banks database, foot falls, generated prospects.

Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document.

Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.

Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team where requested by the sales manager by coaching them in company knowledge, products, services & selling skills, accompanying them on client visits & modeling relevant behavior.

Required Candidate profile

Should have minimum 1 year sales experience in any of insurance channels. .Looking candidates from insurance, banking, pharma,retail, telecome and other sales verticals.

Insurance experience or BFSI is mandatory.

Graduation is must.

Good track record and employment stability is must.
