Wego Consultants in India seeks a sales professional to drive life and health insurance product penetration through bank partnerships. You will identify opportunities, explain benefits, and tailor solutions from the company’s product range.

The role involves arranging meetings, guiding customers through medical reports, and ensuring timely policy issuance. Prior BFSI or insurance experience is preferred; graduation is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in insurance channels.
• Experience in insurance, BFSI preferred.
• Graduation is must.
• Good track record and employment stability.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads from bank channels and cross-sell financial products.
• Set appointments, assess customer needs in life-related investments and insurance.
• Facilitate policy documentation and medical reports to close sales.
• Support relationship managers and bank sales teams as needed.

Leads will be generated from the assigned bank (Different Channels Available in different Life insurance and HI companies)

Cross selling of various financial products to the Bank customers.

Customer business development .

Relationship Management .

Will be in payrolls of the Insurance company .

Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the companies product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation

Candidates with experience in Life/Health/GI Insurance preferred

Customers acquisition through resource utilization of banks database, foot falls, generated prospects.

Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document.

Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.

Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team where requested by the sales manager by coaching them in company knowledge, products, services & selling skills, accompanying them on client visits & modeling relevant behavior.

Required Candidate profile

Should have minimum 1 year sales experience in any of insurance channels. .Looking candidates from insurance, banking, pharma,retail, telecome and other sales verticals.

Insurance experience or BFSI is mandatory.

Graduation is must.

Good track record and employment stability is must.
