Job summary

Wego Consultants is seeking a Bank Channel Insurance Sales professional to drive cross-sell of life, health, and GI products through assigned bank channels. Lead generation, appointment setting, and needs-based selling will be core activities.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with bank customers, coordinate with bank teams, and ensure timely policy issuance and documentation. Graduation is required with at least 1 year in insurance sales.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
• Exposure to insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom and other sales verticals is a plus.
• Insurance experience or BFSI is mandatory.
• Graduation is a must.
• Good track record and employment stability.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads from the assigned bank and cross-sell financial products to bank customers.
• Manage relationships with bank clients to drive revenue.
• Make appointments and assess customers' life-related investment and insurance needs, selecting appropriate products and completing sales documentation.
• Support other Relationship Managers and bank sales teams when needed by coaching and sharing product knowledge, accompanying them on client visits.
• Explore opportunities to develop new markets/segments in line with company sales strategy.

Leads will be generated from the assigned bank (Different Channels Available in different Life insurance and HI companies)

Cross selling of various financial products to the Bank customers.

Customer business development .

Relationship Management .

Will be in payrolls of the Insurance company .

Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the companies product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation

Candidates with experience in Life/Health/GI Insurance preferred

Customers acquisition through resource utilization of banks database, foot falls, generated prospects.

Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document.

Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.

Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team where requested by the sales manager by coaching them in company knowledge, products, services & selling skills, accompanying them on client visits & modeling relevant behavior.

Required Candidate profile

Should have minimum 1 year sales experience in any of insurance channels. .Looking candidates from insurance, banking, pharma,retail, telecome and other sales verticals.

Insurance experience or BFSI is mandatory.

Graduation is must.

Good track record and employment stability is must.
