Job description

Core Responsibilities

• Product Training: Educating bank personnel (such as relationship managers, branch staff, and sales teams) on complex financial products, primarily life, health, and general insurance.
• Sales & Strategy Coaching: Training staff on pitching products to bank customers, cross-selling, lead conversion, and meeting branch sales targets.
• Compliance & Regulatory Norms: Ensuring that bank employees understand and strictly follow regulatory guidelines (such as IRDAI or central banking norms) to prevent mis-selling and compliance breaches.
• Performance Tracking: Identifying skill gaps through performance reviews, branch metrics, and feedback, and designing refresher training sessions to bridge those gaps.
• Relationship Management: Acting as a bridge between the insurance partner company and the host bank to align business goals and training modules.
