Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company in Rajasthan seeks a Bancassurance Manager - Banca to drive lead generation, bank partnerships and one-on-one client selling. You will train bank staff, present protection and annuity options, and close sales while tracking penetration targets across Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ajmer, Bhilwara and Kotputli.

The role requires 25–30 years old graduates with LI experience and strong English/regional language skills, preferably with own conveyance.

Qualifications

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in English and regional language (mandatory).
• Work experience: Prefer 1–2 years in Life Insurance; if 1 year in LI, balance 2–3 years can be from BFSI.
• Age group: 25–30 years.
• Preferably has own conveyance.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation at account openings/service calls.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with Cluster head and staff to gain mindshare on protection and annuity.
• Engage in work site activities (stalls, corporate presentations).
• Interact with HNI clients for one-on-one selling.
• Close sales and follow up on issuance.
• Increase bank customers' awareness of life insurance solutions and penetration on annuity and protection.
• Drive the rewards and recognition programs for bank staff.
• Train bank staff on annuity and protection plans.
• Monitor business leakage including cancellations.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead generation at the time of account opening/service call being made to the customer
• Establishing & strengthening relationship with Cluster head & staff to gain mindshare from them on protection and Annuity
• Involvement in work site activities (putting up stalls and making presentations in corporate.
• Working, engaging and connecting with HNI clients for one on one selling
• Closing sale and following up on issuance.
• Increasing banks customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve the targeted penetration on Annuity and protection
• Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff.
• Train the bank staff regularly on Annuity and Protection plan
• Business Leakage including cancellations

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
• Work Experience: Prefer 1-2 years of work experience from Life Insurance field. If 1 year in LI field, then balance 2-3 years can be from BFSI vertical.
• Good communication skills English & regional language (mandatory)
• Age group: 25-30 years
• Preferably has own conveyance
