Job summary

india first life Insurance is seeking a sales-focused Bancassurance professional in Gujarat. You will drive growth through an assigned Regional Rural Bank, build strong relationships with branch staff, and generate life insurance leads via the Banca Channel.

Ideal candidates have 6 months Bancassurance experience or 1–2 years in Life Insurance sales, with strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management abilities. Fix salary with good incentives is offered.
