The role focuses on data management, MIS reporting, and creating presentations for management reviews, with a fixed shift from 11:30 am to 9 pm in a on-site setting.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day background screening and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate with candidates, employees, internal stakeholders, and background verification vendors.
• Initiate, monitor, track, and close background verification cases within defined timelines.
• Review screening results and identify discrepancies or exceptions for further action.
• Manage onboarding documentation and ensure completion of all required formalities.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee and screening records.
• Handle queries and follow-ups related to onboarding and background verification.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, timelines, and compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Shift Timing- 11:30 am-9 pm

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to screening and onboarding.
• Use MS Excel extensively for data management, analysis, trackers, dashboards, and reporting.
• Work with large datasets and perform data analysis using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, and other Excel functionalities.
• Identify trends, pending cases, process gaps, and key metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations for management reviews, business updates, and process discussions.
