Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel REST APIs and Siebel data models.
• Deep understanding of Siebel business objects, including Contacts, Activities, Opportunities, and Service Requests.
• Experience designing and implementing REST and event-driven integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 development models and Outlook Add-ins.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Entra ID, and secure token flows.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API (Mail, Calendar, People).
• Experience with Microsoft Graph Tasks API and webhook subscription management.
• Experience with Siebel Business Component REST API patterns for create, update, and delete operations.
• Strong understanding of API error handling, monitoring, and integration best practices.
