Job summary

Insight is seeking an experienced Siebel Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise CRM solutions in a hybrid role across Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will work with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality Siebel implementations while ensuring performance and scalability.

With 8+ years of hands-on Siebel experience, you will configure Siebel components, integrate IOs and EBCs, and participate in upgrades and deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Siebel CRM development experience, preferably in Consumer Goods.
• Strong Siebel configuration experience using Siebel Tools.
• Proficiency with Siebel Integration Objects, VBCs, and EBCs.
• Deep knowledge of SRF, LOVs, security and state models.
• Solid SQL and Oracle DB understanding with performance tuning.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Siebel CRM solutions aligned to business needs.
• Perform end-to-end Siebel configuration: applets, views, components, and links.
• Develop and optimize Siebel Workflows, Business Services, and scripts.
• Manage Siebel Tools, Open UI customizations and UI enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and data defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver designs.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and assist with deployments.
• Support Siebel upgrades, patching, mergers, and migrations.
• Adhere to coding standards, documentation, and ITIL incident/change processes.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in Siebel CRM (Consumer Goods Application) to design, develop, and support enterprise-level CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable Siebel implementations.

• Design, develop, and enhanceSiebel CRM solutionsin alignment with business requirements

• SupportSiebel upgrades, patching, repository mergers, and environment migrations
• Ensure adherence tocoding standards, documentation requirements, compliance guidelines, and CRM best practices
• FollowITIL processesfor incident, change, and problem management
