Job summary

Cityflo is seeking a Backend Lead to drive the backend of our application. You will lead the core backend team, develop scalable services, and optimize performance while refactoring and extending the architecture.

You should excel in problem solving, be comfortable with Python and Django or similar frameworks, and have strong database knowledge across SQL and NoSQL. A mindset of ownership and willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Python experience with Django or similar web frameworks.
• Proficient in MVC and OOP design principles.
• Experience building large scale internet applications.
• Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and services is a plus.
• Open source contributions are a plus; performance tuning and caching are a plus.
