Job summary

Cityflo is seeking a Backend Developer to join our core team. You will work on the application's backend, solving complex problems and building, extending, and optimizing the back-end architecture to scale with our product roadmap.

The role emphasizes strong Python/Django skills, MVC/OOP expertise, and a solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases, with exposure to RESTful APIs and potential open source contributions.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of Python, Django or other web frameworks like RoR.
• Excellent understanding of MVC and OOP.
• Good working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and services is a plus.
• Contributions to open source project is a plus.
• Performance optimization, SQL tuning, caching techniques is a plus.
• You should be thorough with version control system concepts.
