Qualifications

10+ years of experience as an engineer building AI-powered, agentic systems at scale for enterprise use cases.
Experience in banking / payments / lending / insurance domains.
Strong backend expertise (Java / Kotlin preferred).
Exposure to AI/ML integrations and agent-based systems.
Proven experience as engineering manager/tech lead transitioning to EM.
Experience building and scaling backend or full-stack systems.
Startup experience with high ownership.
Experience managing and mentoring high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

- Deep understanding of data consistency, concurrency, and transactions.

- Experience building and scaling backend or full-stack systems.
