Anaira Intelligent Technologies Private Limited is seeking a hands-on Backend Technical Lead to own the technical architecture of our backend, building scalable Java/Spring Boot services, distributed systems, and integrations with AI agents and enterprise cores.

You will lead design, review code, mentor engineers, contribute to the technology roadmap, and drive hiring. This role blends architecture leadership with hands-on coding in a fast-growing product.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot

Architect microservices, APIs, and event-driven/asynchronous workflows

Build backend platforms that integrate with AI agents, automation, and enterprise systems

Lead design and implementation of distributed systems and design reviews

Lead engineers through code reviews and hands-on problem solving

Contribute to technology roadmap and technical hiring

Skills

Java Spring (Boot, Cloud, Data JPA) and microservices architecture
