Job summary

Slikk is seeking a backend engineer to architect, design, and develop highly scalable systems. You will build RESTful and GraphQL APIs, own services end-to-end, and collaborate with frontend, DevOps, product, and QA teams.

With 4+ years of backend experience, you will work on distributed systems, databases, and cloud platforms, focusing on performance, security, and reliability in a fast-paced environment in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, Python, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Understanding of containerization tools like Docker is preferred.
