Job summary

Snapmint is seeking a Backend Developer (SDE II) to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems using Node.js. You will own end-to-end feature development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive engineering best practices while ensuring reliability, scalability, and code quality.

Preferred

• Experience with Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, or other caching and messaging technologies.
• Ability to mentor engineers and independently own features from design to production.
