Key Duties

• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients.
• Understand and resolving client queries about our software.
• Work with the tech team to solve problems.

• Help new clients get started and train them.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support, software help, office work, client coordination, or similar jobs.
• Good speaking skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• Comfortable talking on the phone and handling client complaints.
• Basic knowledge of computers and software.
• Good at following up and working with others.
• Able to handle multiple client problems at once.
• Patient, responsible, and focused on finding solutions.

Pay:
