Preferred Certifications

Any Azure (AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, AZ-104) Or Microsoft 365 ( MS-500, MS-900, M365, O365 ), Any Cloud, Windows Server Administration

Technical Skills

• Should understand basic IT related technical terms like MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, memory, server, CPU, network, IP address, active directory, Microsoft Exchange, cloud, Windows Server, DHCP, DNS, etc.
• Prior experience in infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.
• Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network issues.
• Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours.
• Be responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
• Basic application support knowledge.
• Individual must be flexible to work for extended hours, if required (open work on 24/7 support, rotational shifts).
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Shift Timings

Initial Shift timings is from 11 AM - 8 PM

Post that Shift timings will be from 6 PM - 3 AM (Rotational Week offs)
