Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Junior Azure Engineer to contribute to our customers' cloud infrastructure projects on Microsoft Azure. This position is perfect for individuals with a foundational understanding of cloud technologies who are enthusiastic about growing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in deploying, managing, and optimizing Azure resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability of Azure environments.
• Support troubleshooting of Azure-related issues across compute, storage, and networking, and escalte complex issues when required.
• Help implement Azure security best practices, policies, and compliance standards to protect cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in backup, disaster recovery (DR), and patch management processes to ensure business continuity.
• Document configurations, operational procedures, and infrastructure changes for internal reference and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud-based projects and ensure smooth delivery.
• Perform routine monitoring, health checks, and reporting to identify and resolve system issues proactively.
• Assist in automation of operational tasks using tools like PowerShell or Azure CLI to improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with Azure services, features, and best practices to continuously improve cloud operations.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, VPN, firewalls).

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104) are a plus.
