Job summary

Photon is seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to own the automation, security, and reliability of our cloud platforms in Azure. You will architect and run scalable CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with Terraform, and drive secure deployment practices across environments.

You will collaborate with architecture, development, QA, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth production releases, rapid iteration, and strong operational readiness, while balancing velocity with risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years with Azure DevOps/DevSecOps, platform engineering, or cloud engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience delivering enterprise solutions in Agile with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage Azure infrastructure using IaC (Terraform).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provision and manage Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) across all environments.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting web, mobile, APIs, Azure Functions, integrations, and platform services.
• Implement automated build, deployment, testing, security scanning, artifact management, and release processes.
• Configure Azure Monitor, Application Insights, logging, dashboards, alerting, and operational monitoring.
• Implement secure DevSecOps practices including SAST, SCA, secrets management, policy enforcement, and secure deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with Cloud Architecture, Development, QA, Identity, Security, and Infrastructure teams to support production deployments, hypercare, and operational readiness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in Azure DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise solutions in Agile, cross-functional, and distributed-team environments.
• Hands‑on experience using enterprise‑approved AI‑assisted engineering tools with appropriate human review, secure data handling, traceability, and validation of AI‑generated outputs throughout the SDLC.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
