Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong DevOps background, hands‑on experience designing and implementing cloud‑native solutions, and the ability to solve complex infrastructure and deployment challenges.

This role requires a professional who is comfortable working across the full software delivery lifecycle, from cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation to application deployment, monitoring, and operational excellence. In addition, candidates should possess working knowledge of Java‑based applications and be capable of participating in technical design discussions, coding exercises, and architecture reviews.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on Microsoft Azure.
2. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related automation tools.
3. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
4. Automate cloud provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
5. Build and maintain containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
6. Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment, release management, and production stability.
7. Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
8. Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
9. Drive DevSecOps practices, security controls, and compliance standards within cloud environments.
10. Participate in technical solutioning, architecture discussions, and system design reviews.
11. Troubleshoot complex production and platform issues and provide effective resolutions.
12. Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & ExperiencePrimary Skills (Must Have)

1. 8 to 10+ years of overall IT experience.
2. Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.
3. Expertise in Azure DevOps services and CI/CD implementation.
4. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates).
5. Strong experience in cloud networking, security, identity management, and governance.
6. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
7. Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
8. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Grafana, or Prometheus.
9. Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.

Secondary Skills (Preferred)

1. Good hands‑on experience with Java and enterprise application deployments.
2. Understanding of Java application architecture and performance considerations.
3. Familiarity with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and related frameworks.
4. Experience supporting Java workloads in cloud‑native environments.
