As an AWS Full Stack Developer - Manager, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, crafting advanced software solutions that drive digital transformation and elevate business performance. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that redefine industries and deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Responsibilities

• Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
• Managing and mentoring teams to enhance performance and deliver exceptional client service
• Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
• Utilizing cloud-based platforms and tools to optimize software development processes
• Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality
• Conducting code reviews and implementing coding standards to maintain quality software
• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Promoting the adoption of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 8 years of experience

• Deep proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js) and backend technologies (Java, Python, Node.js/TypeScript).
• Extensive experience designing REST and GraphQL APIs with API Gateway, AppSync, and serverless patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services including Lambda (Functions, MicroVMs), S3, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, Cognito, IAM.
• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines at scale using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and Amplify.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, Fargate).
• Strong understanding of application security (Cognito, IAM, KMS, WAF) and cloud governance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Practices.
• Prior experience with microservices architecture and event‑driven design
