Strong skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, and CI/CD workflows are required. The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, and building reusable AI components, with experience in DevOps and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on collaboration with product, architecture, engineering, QA, and UX teams.
• Enable AI-assisted development and prompt engineering.
• Coach teams on validation frameworks and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Establish reference architectures, AI coding standards, and reusable prompts.
• DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, etc.
• Python, Java, JavaScript proficiency.
• Preferred: Financial Services domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate AI-DLC practices across projects.
• Support AI-enabled development workflows.
• Mentor teams on AI quality practices and validation.
