Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer with 6–8+ years of experience to design and manage CI/CD pipelines. The role involves provisioning cloud resources via IaC, and operating AWS services like VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, and RDS.

You will deploy and manage containers with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) in a work-from-office setup. The ideal candidate will also automate with Ansible, set up monitoring with CloudWatch/Grafana/Prometheus or ELK, and follow security best practices

• Total experience of 6–8+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering or SRE roles.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, build, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision and manage cloud resources using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and manage AWS core services including VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Route53, and Lambda.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy and manage microservices using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Configuration & Automation: Use configuration management tools like Ansible to automate server provisioning and configuration.
• Monitoring & Alerting: Implement centralized logging and monitoring solutions using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Security & Compliance: Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, network security, encryption, and secrets management.
• Scripting: Write and maintain automation scripts in Python, Bash, or Shell.
