Job summary

Viraaj HR Solutions Private Limited in India is seeking an AWS DevOps engineer to design, automate, and manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You’ll work with Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CloudWatch to optimize costs, monitor performance, and secure environments.

You’ll own on-call duties for production systems, collaborate with development and security teams, and implement GitOps practices to ensure reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing AWS infrastructure and automation.
• Proficient in building CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI or CodePipeline.
• Familiarity with cost optimization, monitoring with CloudWatch, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment velocity.
• Monitor cloud costs, performance, and security posture.
• Configure and manage containers on ECS/EKS with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes operators.
• Collaborate with Dev and Security teams to harden infrastructure and enforce compliance.
• Own on-call rotation for production, triage incidents, and perform post-mortems.
