Job summary

Enreap seeks an entry-level AWS Cloud Sales Operations Executive in Pune to manage billing operations, distributor coordination, and commercial reporting. You will focus on billing accuracy, collections, profitability tracking, and reducing revenue leakage to support growth in Enreap's AWS cloud business.

Responsibilities include invoicing, customer data maintenance, and collaborating with Sales, Finance, AWS Alliance, Presales, Technical, and Customer Success teams to resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/admin/finance/IT or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in cloud sales operations, AWS billing, distributor coordination, or financial operations.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI/Power Query is a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS billing concepts, pricing, and cost monitoring is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AWS customer billing, invoice generation, verification, submission, and monthly reconciliation.
• Maintain billing records, AWS account IDs, consumption data, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with AWS distributors on billing discrepancies, credit notes, discounts, and account-level issues.
• Track revenue, costs, margins, and discounts to identify profitability risks.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and coordinate payment reconciliation with Finance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue, margins, collections, and billing operations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented AWS Cloud Sales Operations Executive to manage billing operations, distributor coordination, customer collections, and commercial reporting. The role focuses on ensuring billing accuracy, improving collections, tracking customer profitability, reducing revenue leakage, and supporting the profitable growth of Enreap's AWS cloud business.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate AWS customer billing, invoice generation, verification, submission, and monthly account reconciliation.
• Maintain customer billing records, AWS account IDs, consumption data, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with AWS distributors on billing discrepancies, credit notes, discounts, special pricing, and account-level issues.
• Track customer-wise revenue, distributor costs, discounts, and gross margins to identify profitability risks.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and coordinate payment reconciliation with Finance.
• Respond to customer billing queries, coordinate dispute resolution, and maintain professional customer communication.
• Support AWS Sales with quotations, commercial calculations, discount approvals, and profitability checks.
• Maintain opportunity trackers, customer onboarding records, billing activation details, and account handover milestones.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering revenue, margins, collections, outstanding balances, and billing operations.
• Use Excel and reporting tools to improve data accuracy, streamline recurring reports, and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, AWS Alliance, Presales, Technical, and Customer Success teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of commercial approvals, invoices, collections, and distributor communications while following internal policies.

Must-Have Skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in cloud sales operations, AWS billing, distributor coordination, commercial operations, or financial operations.

AWS & COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS

• Working knowledge of AWS billing, AWS invoices, AWS Pricing Calculator, and AWS Cost Explorer.
• Understanding of cloud billing, distributor pricing, discounts, credit adjustments, and commercial terms.
• Understanding of revenue, gross profit, gross margin, receivables, and billing reconciliation.
• Ability to identify billing discrepancies, outstanding payments, and potential margin risks.

EXCEL & REPORTING

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data reconciliation.
• Ability to prepare customer-wise financial trackers, outstanding reports, and management dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when working with financial and billing data.

COMMUNICATION & COORDINATION

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate professionally with customers, distributors, and internal teams on billing and payment matters.
• Strong ownership, organizational skills, and the ability to follow up on pending actions and escalat risks promptly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer billing information and commercial agreements.

Good to Have

• Experience working with an AWS partner, cloud reseller, managed service provider, IT services company, or cloud distributor.
• Awareness of AWS partner programs, ACE/PRM, and distributor commercial processes.
• Familiarity with AWS CloudFront pricing, data transfer charges, and cloud discount mechanisms.
• Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, or workflow automation tools.

Key Expectations

• Ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing and monthly billing reconciliation.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer revenue, costs, margins, discounts, and outstanding payments.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and improve visibility into payment collections.
