Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled AWS DevOps professional with 6–8 years of IT experience for Bengaluru, India. The role focuses on designing secure AWS networks, CI/CD pipelines, and serverless architectures using Lambda, API Gateway and Step Functions.

You will implement data pipelines, monitor systems with CloudWatch, and ensure security best practices across IAM, KMS and CloudTrail while coordinating production support and incident handling in ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience designing and implementing secure network solutions on AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and data pipeline orchestration components (AWS Glue and Step Functions).
• Experience with monitoring/alerting using CloudWatch and Sumologic.
• Proficiency in developing software components in Java/Python/.NET that interact with AWS via APIs.
• Knowledge of AWS data services for collection, storage, processing and analysis.
• Experience creating and configuring Lambda and Step Functions using Python.
• Experience configuring virtualized systems in the AWS environment.
• Experience with AWS Batch, Parameter Store, Secrets Manager.
• Exposure to Production Support projects and ServiceNow incidents and requests.

Responsibilities

• Support applications developed using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB, PostgreSQL.
• Support serverless applications and RESTful APIs using AWS services such as API Gateway, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Lambda and Step Functions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using AWS CloudWatch and X-Ray.
• Follow security best practices for IAM, KMS, and CloudTrail.
• Support automated backup and disaster recovery solutions using AWS services such as EBS and S3.
• Experience working on AWS Batch, Param Store, Secrets Manager.
• Engage in Production Support projects with Incident, Problem and Service Request handling in ServiceNow.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures for manual workarounds.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline.
• Familiar with data pipeline orchestration components (AWS glue and Step functions)
• Alert management, App availability and health Checks (CloudWatch, sumologic)
• Knowledge on various AWS services like Data collection, storage, processing and analysis services
• Creating lamda and step function using python.
• Creating and configuring virtualized systems in the AWS environment.
• Developing software components in Java/Python .NET that interact with AWS cloud services by leveraging the AWS APIs.

Good to Have Skills: Experience with Jenkins and GitHub
