Job summary

Qcentrio in India is seeking an accomplished Implementation Architect with deep AWS expertise to design, implement, and govern secure, compliant, and scalable cloud solutions for healthcare customers.

You will lead infrastructure automation, CI/CD, observability and security integrations, HIPAA/HITRUST alignment, and cross‑functional collaboration, while mentoring teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing secure, compliant AWS architectures for healthcare.
• Proficiency with HIPAA/HITRUST guidance and PHI security.
• Strong Java-based deployment and enterprise integration skills.
• Hands-on in CI/CD, IaC and cloud-native deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy end-to-end AWS infrastructure across ECS, EKS, EC2, S3 and more.
• Ensure scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance via Well-Architected practices.
• Lead infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and integration with observability and security platforms.
• Develop ETL workflows using Qlik and AWS Glue for healthcare data.
• Enforce access control, encryption, auditing, and vulnerability management.
• Mentor teams and drive solution delivery excellence.

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Implementation Architect with deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of designing, implementing, and governing secure, compliant, and scalable solutions within the AWS ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of DevOps best practices, and enterprise-grade integration for healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Cloud Architecture - AWS Ecosystem :
   • - Design and deploy end-to-end AWS infrastructure leveraging services such as ECS, EKS, EC2, S3, FSx, RDS, IAM, API Gateway, AWS Glue, Lambda, SNS, EventBridge, SES, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Parameter Store, AWS Config, and AWS Organizations.
   • - Apply the AWS Well-Architected Framework to ensure scalability, resilience, and compliance.
   • - Develop blueprints, reference architectures, and solution templates aligned with HIPAA and HITRUST requirements.
   • - Preferred : Familiarity with AI/ML solutions within the AWS ecosystem.
2. 2. Solution Implementation & Integration :
   • - Lead infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipeline setup using modern DevOps tools.
   • - Integrate observability and security platforms such as Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco ASv, MoveIT, and Google SecOps.
   • - Design and implement ETL workflows using Qlik and AWS Glue.
   • - Support Java-based healthcare application deployments in hybrid and cloud-native environments.
3. 3. Security & Compliance :
   • - Enforce role-based access control, encryption, audit logging, and vulnerability management policies.
   • - Lead and prepare evidence for SOC 1 / SOC 2 and other compliance audits.
   • - Ensure continuous adherence to PHI security, HIPAA, and HITRUST frameworks.
4. 4. Operational Excellence :
   • - Establish robust monitoring, alerting, disaster recovery, and runbook strategies.
   • - Define SLAs, SLOs, and operational KPIs for reliability and performance.
5. 5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement :
   • - Evaluate emerging AWS services and cloud-native technologies for adoption.
   • - Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and drive knowledge-sharing across teams.
6. 6. Mentorship & Leadership :
   • - Mentor solution and delivery teams, instilling best practices in architecture, automation, and security.
   • - Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
7. 7. Stakeholder Engagement :
   • - Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, translating complex cloud architectures into tangible business value.
   • - Collaborate with healthcare customers to align solutions with strategic objectives.
