Job summary

Ydts Global in India is seeking an experienced AWS Architect to design and implement scalable cloud solutions across AWS services. The role demands strong expertise in IAM, EC2, VPC, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch, and containerized deployments with Kubernetes, plus IaC using Terraform and CloudFormation.

The ideal candidate will lead architectural reviews, sponsor cost optimization, ensure security best practices, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver enterprise‑level cloud

Qualifications

• Must have extensive AWS architecture experience across large-scale deployments.
• Ability to conduct architectural evaluation and design enterprise‑level solutions.
• Experience partnering with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with blueprints.
• Hands-on in architecting solutions in filtered AWS networks and CDN exposure.
• Collaborates with client solution architects, cloud-ops and dev teams for robust implementations.
• Proficient in selecting AWS services based on data, security and SQL/NoSQL needs.
• Experience with lift-and-shift migrations and cost control strategies.
• Familiar with Terraform, CloudFormation and Kubernetes for IaC and deployments.

Requirements

• Must have robust experience in AWS services like, IAM, EC2, ELB, VPC, Route 53, S3, AMI, SES, SNS, EFS, auto-scaling, load balance, EBS and Cloud Watch, VPC, Subnet, Security Group.
• Should have technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem.
• Should be able to conduct architectural evaluation, analysis, and design of enterprise-wide systems. Planning, designing, and executing complex company level solution configuration.
• Should be able to work with the enterprise architect to make sure the architecture and strategic blueprints are complied with.
• Should have experience in Architecting solutions in filtered AWS networks, Exposing URLs through CDN, AWS Network technologies, AWS Load Balancers.
• Should be able to Collaborate with the Client's Solution Architect, Cloud-ops, and application development team to ensure suitable translation of architectural solution into robust and effective implementation.
• Should be able to identify the customer requirements, analysis of alternatives and conducting product recommendations associated with platform, software, and network configurations.
• Should be able to design and deploy scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant systems on AWS.
• Should have experience on Lift and shift of an existing on-premises application to AWS. Technical expertise about Migration process from one AWS cloud to another AWS cloud, VPC to VPN connection,Ingress and egress of data to and from AWS.
• Should be able to Select the appropriate AWS service based on data, database, or security requirements.
• Should have experience of Performing Kubernetes Version Upgrades.
• Should have worked on Creating Cross account IAM Policies and Service linked roles abiding Cloud Security Policies.
• Should have experience in troubleshooting failures in CloudFormation/Terraform Scripts.
• Should have experience in setting up automation to avoid repeated manual tasks and setting up monitoring.
• Should have experience in implementing /Integrating GitHub in AWS environment.
• Should have worked on Amazon RedShift Cluster, Amazon Glue Catalogs, Amazon Airflow.
• Should be able to Integrate with Azure AD for SSO.
• Should have experience working with scripting languages like Python, Bash.
• Should be able to estimate AWS costs and identifying cost control mechanism. .
