Job summary

LPL Financial LLC’s Global Capability Center in Hyderabad seeks an AVP Tech, Software Development Lead to drive design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications using .NET/Java, Angular, REST APIs and AWS.

You will collaborate with Product teams, architect scalable solutions, mentor engineers, and ensure SDLC-compliant documentation while guiding the team through agile sprints and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in full-stack development with .NET/Java, Angular/JavaScript, REST APIs.
• Experience documenting software design with diagrams and presenting in architecture reviews.
• 5+ years implementing AWS Lambda and Step Functions and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to plan sprints and deliver demos.
• Conduct risk assessments and produce documented recommendations.
