Responsibilities

• Cross-Tower Technical Leadership: act as senior technical authority across Cloud Infrastructure Operations towers
• Provide support for complex, high-severity incidents and problem management
• Identify systemic risks and drive remediation
• Automation & Engineering Excellence: lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve reliability
• Promote infrastructure as code, scripting, and engineering best practices
• Embed automation into BAU operations such as patching and remediation
• Platform & Operational Improvement: drive service resilience improvements and reduce MTTR
• Define and evolve operational standards and runbooks
• Incident Support & Troubleshooting: lead diagnostics for cross-platform issues across Windows and Linux
• Drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes
• Collaboration & Influence: act as a technical escalation point across teams
• Influence technical direction through expertise and credibility
