AimsHR in Mumbai is seeking a Structured Finance professional to design and execute financing solutions. You will assess client needs, run cash flow analyses, and structure term loans, LAP, promoter funding, and other structured credit products to support business goals.

The role requires strong credit writing, modelling, and risk assessment skills, with coordination across business, legal, risk, and operations to close deals and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in structuring finance and credit underwriting.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation.
• Strong cash flow analysis and risk assessment.
• Ability to prepare credit notes and investment memorandums.

Roles & Responsibilities – Structured Finance (Structuring)

• Structure customized financing solutions based on client requirements and cash flow assessment.
• Evaluate transaction feasibility, risk, profitability, and security structure.
• Design lending solutions across term loans, LAP, promoter funding, and structured credit.

Deal Structuring & Evaluation

• Structure customized financing solutions based on client requirements and cash flow assessment.
• Evaluate transaction feasibility, risk, profitability, and security structure.
• Design lending solutions across term loans, LAP, promoter funding, and structured credit.

Financial & Credit Analysis

• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and business performance.
• Build financial models and assess debt servicing capability.
• Identify key risks and recommend mitigation measures.

Credit & Proposal Preparation

• Prepare credit notes, investment memorandums, and transaction summaries.
• Present recommendations to credit committees and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Transaction Execution

• Coordinate with business, legal, risk, and operations teams for deal closure.
• Review transaction documents, term sheets, and sanction letters.
• Monitor documentation and pre-disbursement compliance.

Portfolio Monitoring

• Monitor portfolio performance and borrower financial health.
• Track covenant compliance and identify early warning signals.
• Support refinancing and restructuring initiatives where required.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with clients, promoters, and internal teams to understand funding needs.
• Support business teams in structuring and negotiating transactions.
• Participate in client meetings and due diligence discussions.

Market Research

• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and regulatory updates.
• Assess sector opportunities, risks, and competitive market practices.
