Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Mumbai seeks an experienced executive to steer strategic and operational planning, delegate authority, and drive client reporting and compliance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate SEBI regulation adherence, explore new business opportunities, and ensure timely delivery of reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Authorize and coordinate the implementation of all aspects of strategic and operational planning.
• Allocate/Delegate responsibilities, duties and authority to determine the level of accountability of each member of the team.
• Encourage and consider suggestion from subordinate executives regarding all company activity.
• Lead the execution management team towards the achievement of organisational objective.
• Develop effective communication will all members of the team.
• Make sure that all reports are delivered to clients as per pre agreed schedule.
• Obtain client approvals for ad-hoc jobs and ensure proper documentation for same is maintained.
• Act as a Checker for reports prepared by Managers.
• Interactions with internal departments for clients specific reports.
• Business development through cross selling services to existing and new clients.
• Implementation of various SEBI Circulars & oversee if compliance is followed.
• Revenue enhancement through rate revision from clients.
• Setting up regular meetings as per agreed schedule and on specific demand from clients.
• In depth understanding of management procedures & SEBI regulations.
• Sample Check of Reports sent to Clients.
• Understanding of Service Industry & Security Markets
