EinNel Technologies is looking for an experienced AVM Simulation Engineer to develop and validate high-fidelity simulation models and virtual validation frameworks for Autonomous Vehicle Marshalling (AVM) systems. The role involves Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing, vehicle dynamics simulation, digital twin development, and simulation-driven validation of autonomous vehicle pathfollowing within factory environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate high-fidelity simulation models for autonomous vehicle motion and path-following.
- Design virtual factory environments for simulation, validation, and commissioning.
- Build scenario-based simulations for vehicle trajectory validation and deployment testing.
- Develop simulation automation scripts and performance metric generation using MATLAB/Simulink and Python.
- Validate simulation results against real vehicle test data to ensure accuracy and correlation.
- Support digital twin development and simulation-driven validation for AVM deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in vehicle dynamics, motion simulation, and autonomous vehicle validation.
- Hands‑on expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and Python-based simulation development.
- Experience with model-based development and simulation scenario creation.
- Good understanding of vehicle control systems, path-following, and autonomous manufacturing concepts.
- Knowledge of functional safety principles (ISO 26262 / ASILD) and automotive system architecture.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
