Job description

Position with INCICO INDIA ENGINEERING PRIVATE LTD.

Reporting to the head of the Aveva PDMS and Aveva E3D CAD Administration group, within the “CAD/CAE” department, you will be responsible for Aveva PDMS and E3D and their associated modules.

The Aveva Administrator is responsible for project set‑up, maintenance and support of the system. The administrator will maintain all areas of the 3D model environment for stability and maintenance and shall ensure the modelling environment works appropriately in regard to the generation, control and distribution of 3D model interfaces.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Project set‑up, administration and user support for the Aveva Environment.
• Understanding the scope of each project and creating AVEVA database structures that enable the 3D design and subsequent creation of deliverables from the project databases.
• Interact directly with users/discipline leads and document requirements and special needs related to project designs and needs.
• Coordinate with designers from the respective engineering disciplines to meet project deliverables with timeliness and quality.
• Troubleshoot and elevate technical issues, following up for quick resolution.
• Project‑specific customization of the system and writing macros as per project needs; further checking the quality of AVEVA outputs.
• Interface with IT teams for supporting PDMS and E3D.
