Qualifications

You will upskill and lead the L3 team towards a high performance team for the configurations and maintenance of the Aveva environment (Aveva UE, ERM, Workpacks..). His/Her mission is to build a robust, scalable technical foundation that supports our progressive transition from SmartPlant Suite.****1.Technical Leadership & Team Management***** **L3 team oversight: Lead a team****of experts (mainly based in India but not only), overseeing complex ticket resolution, system upgrades, and environment synchronization.*** ****Architecture Implementation**: Work closely with the EPC Solution Architect to translate high-level designs into technical configurations within the Aveva structure.*** ****Standardization**: Define and enforce technical "Golden Rules" for database management, project setup, and multi-office collaboration (Aveva Global).******2.
